We finally have some good news regarding photos from June 29, 30 and July 2!
First, allow us to apologize once again for this unprecedented and unanticipated delay. As you know, our lab experienced a lightning strike that threw all systems offline for a while. The drive that housed the images from these three days took a direct hit. We ended up having to send the drive off-island to a specialist data recovery company, and it took them a while to do their thing.
At your earliest convenience, please visit our online photo site www.BlueLagoonIslandPhotos.com to see if you are able to locate your photos.
Here are the instructions to follow in order to receive all of your photos FREE.
1. Click on the red ‘Select Your Package’ button
2. Click on Package: All Images + 1 Video option
3. On the shopping cart page, click on the green ‘Continue’ button
4. Enter the date of your visit and select your program and time
5. Click on ‘OK’
6. Select all of the photos of your group (note that videos are not available for preview, but if there is a video of your program, it will automatically be added to the files sent)
7. Click on ‘Add Selected Files to Package’ button
8. Click on ‘Add to Package’ button in pop-up
9. Click on ‘cart’ at the top of the page and click on ‘check out’ button
10. Enter your email address
11. Select ‘Photo Lab’ as your payment method
12. Click on ‘Order Now’ button
Once you have completed this process, our team will verify the order and send it to the email address you entered into the systen. Again, photos from June 29, 30 and July 2 will be FREE so long as these steps are followed.
